I'm Vignes Mustola, and I specialise in workplace communication and collaboration in international and multilingual workplaces. I help international professionals, leaders, and teams communicate more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and build shared understanding across international and multilingual workplaces.
Growing up in Singapore, working across Southeast Asia, and living in Finland for more than two decades has given me first-hand experience of communicating across cultures and professional environments. These experiences continue to shape the practical approach I bring to my work with organisations and international teams.
I believe effective communication is about far more than language. It is about creating clarity, building trust, and enabling people to work effectively together. That's why my workshops focus on practical workplace communication rather than theory.
